Happy Healthy Holiday!

Hey Guys!
So it's 4 more days to Christmas, and little under 2 more weeks until New Year. If you are a student, I hope you are enjoying your holiday so far. And if you are on a vacation, I hope you are enjoying your time where ever you are now!
The prospect of 'Christmas' just seems to scream 'brunch' and 'cake'. Which I'm not telling you to avoid! I'm sure you've worked hard throughout this year; have some fun in your well deserved holiday!
BUT this year, I'm going to give you a goal: try to stay mindful of your health during the next few weeks.
In the past, I have 'pigged out', avoided gym and stuffed my body with sugar during Christmas. And let me tell you something; you will most certainly regret it afterwards. Although it may only be few days, I can guarantee you, it will be HARD to get back into your normal routine. Plus, there is nothing worse than starting your new year, desperately trying to lose the weight you gained over the holidays. So I know it's the holidays, but try to squeeze in some workout sessions, and don't force yourself to eat more than you can. Don't waste all your effort trying to become healthier throughout the last couple of months.
